OVARO is growing! As our brand continues to expand, so does our community of customers. With an increasing number of inquiries, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and ensure that every customer receives outstanding support.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Assist customers with order tracking, returns, and product inquiries
- Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Work closely with other teams (logistics, marketing) to resolve customer concerns
- Maintain a friendly, brand-aligned tone in all communications
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce
- Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions efficiently
- A problem-solver who can handle inquiries with patience and professionalism
- Familiarity with customer service platforms (e.g., Gorgias, Zendesk) is a plus

- Monitor and respond to customer questions on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Engage with our online community and escalate issues when necessary
- Assist with order tracking, returns, and product-related inquiries
- Provide feedback from customers to improve our service and product offerings
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service, community management, or social media support
- Strong written communication skills with a warm and friendly approach
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
